is a film that has been in production since 1989. It started as an acting club and grew to an independent film. As we move toward the conclusion of production this year, we look back on the many changes in the lives of actors and crew, how we discovered screen acting together, how we all went our own ways yet kept returning to the characters we play in what ever category, which is the essence of 12.

In this film, the characters must find a text and perform it successfully. They do not know which text it is, and the only confirmation that they are correct is their success in moving the plot forward. In this same sense, our work on 12 has been about finding a hidden script and performing it together as a community, finding ourselves as artists as the plot unfolds. We have been changed by this living metaphor for learning, creating and moving foward. In this sense we are all actors.
